Project # 1 - Building a secure area in the back of Woodland Villa. This area would be a safe outdoor environment for residents at risk.
Project # 2 - Long awaited in the front gardens of Woodland Villa is a terrace area of interlocking bricks 13 by 15 meters to allow residents and family members to freely enjoy the front area of the home. This is a $20,000 project.  Will include fountain, park benches and swings. Note that plaques will be posted all around this area to commemorate the families donating to build this area.
Project # 3 - New parking area for employees and a rest area for residents in the front. We found that there were too many vehicles in the front of Woodland Villa, causing a lot of traffic there and found the in the back of the building, employees' parking made it difficult for trucks to deliver goods in a safe manor. The Family Council decided to push for a new parking area on the south side of the building, therefore making room for about 12 vehicles to park there. Also there was need to repair the south entrance. Stones beneath the paved entrance had made it so rough and dangerous for vehicles that there was an urgent need for repairs.
